Trane XB80 has suddenly stopped blowing cold air through vents. Fan comes on outside, but no air at all. I checked fuses the fusebox of the house (all ok), removed and brushed off filter, and changed the batteries on the control panel, but nothing.

What about your inside unit? Is it kicking on also?

The panel turns on inside, and the fan goes on outside, but nothing is happening in the unit in the basement.
