    In Louisiana can a mother leave with a child without telling the father
    My daughters mother took off with her 4 months ago without telling me where she was going. I have no clue where she is at or how to contact her. Is there anything I can do? Custody has not been decided

    Custody has not been decided? Is the custody issue in Court?

    Have you notified the Police?

    If there is pending litigation and she hasn't shown for a scheduled hearing have the court swear out a warrant.
