This bump has been there for a good two months now, it doesn't itch or hurt, or irritate the slightest. Although it's worrying me why it isn't going down, it's at the bottom of the penis shaft and it's a small white bump that is slightly raised. Any idea what this might be?

Could be a pimple, could be an ingrown hair, could be a tumor, etc. etc. etc.

Are you sexually active ? That adds to things it could be. Is it like a pimple with a white head or is it red on sides ?
