I just turned on my kitchen facet and the cold has hot rusty/brown water exiting it, the longer I had the facet on the browner the water became, I turned on the hot side that was also hot and Brown- I have a water tank less than a year old it's electric and I am on a well-any ideas of what to do?

Several things come to mind. Sounds like one of two things, Silt or rust? How old is your house and what material are the water pipes?
Has it been a dry season? Let me know, Tom
