My son is at Durngo Jail in Phoenix. He has a Non-witness Probation violation hearing and a Probation revocation Arraignment. How likely it is that the judge sentence him to jail and what's the average time to be served in first violation of probation. His probation was for 18 months. I'm in Mexico so it has been very difficult to get information about his case. My son is a drug addict, do you know if this Jail offers treatment to this kind of inmates who's crime is drug addiction?
