I experience severe period pains the past two months,my stomach will feel swollen and painful when I press in. after periods, I discherge yellowish and bloody curd like and will be having itchy rush on my vagina and spreads on the lips. What could that be?

Infection, a sexually transmitted disease, just about anything.

You need to see a Physician.

Your symptoms do not sound pleasant. There is definitely something going on, possibly an infection. I would have to advise that you go to your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
