Are L-Arginine and L-Glutamine supplements OK for a 17 years old guy ?
I am 17 years old guy, I go to gym and finally my trainer told me to take L-Arginine and L-Glutamine supplements. So I'm asking is it OK to take them ? Won't they effect my hormones or body in future and cause me troubles like not to have children maybe ?

Supplements like those aren't really powerful enough to do damage to your testes.

You can take them you'll be fine. L-Arginine will actually help you maintain immune and hormone function
As well as help your kidneys function better.

I know nothings perfect these drugs do have side effects but their very minor.
Just some abdominal tingling and a chance of diarrhea.

While these supplements are safe ask your doctor about any other supplements this trainer recommends to you.

From my experience taking these supplements I would highly recommend using them. Larginine has been a very good formula and used for all sorts of purposes. I kind of had the same question or concerned and than I found a site that talked about larginine and gave me the option to buy larginine. I did and it worked out great for me.
