My devorce was final Feb.7th 2012. I was awarded 1/2 of our annuity. It's now Aug. 26, 2012. Still no settlement and attorney won't return calls or emails. I feel I've been very patient, its not until recently I have called Many times with no return calls from him. What can I do to make him contact me. Is there anything I can do or say to make him WAKE UP! I'm out of town so I'm not able to just show up at his office

Give him X days and then you are going to the Bar Association for advice on how to proceed.

Send it registered, return recept.

It should shake a response loose.
