Who sang you are the treasure that I seek

I know that line comes from a wonderful song called "You Are My All In All" it has been recorded by a couple of different Christian artists. Point of Grace, Hillsongs, and for some reason I think the late, great Rich Mullins sang it too, but I can't be sure on him. I know a male singer did a version it and he sounded like Rich Mullins.
