My last period was July 28 2012 me and my husband are trying to conceive my fertile days are aug 7-10 I ovulated aug11 we had sex aug 6 10,11 and 12 my expected period was yesterday aug 25 I thought I will not have my period but I had my period at 10 pm so sad I thought I already conceive what will I do. My husbands friend told him that my ovaries are already damage it hurts but I do not believe on her she's just a pedia not an Ob. I don't know how to tell this to my husbnd afraid to be blamed. We're trying to conceive for 3 months. How can I get pregnant fast?

You really expect to get pregnant in 3 months? Some women do, but not most. If a woman is fertile and the man's sperm is active, she can expect to get pregnant anywhere from right away to about a year, but that's just 'most' women. And has your husband's sperm been looked at? Unless you are rich, it is a waste of money to start testing so soon.
Where are you getting the report that your ovaries are 'already damaged?' And what does that mean, exactly? And why are you afraid of your husband hearing that? Do you have some history you don't want him to know about? If so, tell people here where you are anonymous, but also tell your personal OB/GYN who should keep it confidential as long as you make it clear.
