I am a jat girl and am in love with a Hindu khatri boy. We are in a relation for 7 years now and we love each other a lot and his family has no issues not even my mom but my dad is very reputed person in are town and he is very particular about the caste specially in case of marriage. Just tell me what should I do to convince him? Please help me.

Aren't those two castes fairly equal in status?

Go with your love,bcoz after sometime your dad will accept this when he will saw his daughter is happy in her life,every father want this thing in his daughter,s life. I'm also a jatt sikh grl and I can understant jatt problems.I am also in love with non jatt boy ,but I have decided I will do marriage only with him bcoz he loves me and care for me.
