I paid child support until my daughter turned 18 and my 13 year old son came and lived with me. Since he has lived with me for the last 3 years can I claim back child support. He just went back to live with her and she want Child support now. Will things wash out together.

No, you can't file for back support. It might be different in your State (and I don't know what State that is), but I highly doubt it.

Generally if you dropped the ball and didn't file for support you lost that opportunity.

The real issue here is, did you go to court and get the old child support order dismissed. If the old order was never dissmissed you can actually still owe the other parent for back support during the time the child lived with you.

Happens all the time, the old order is valid till dismissed
