I am triying to establish paternity for my deceased boy frien he passed away almost 7 years ago in the state of California when I was 7 months pregnant I gave birth in the state of az to our daughter but since I was not married to him I was not abel to have his name on the birth certificate what can I do to have his name on my daughter birth certificate he died in California but ever since he passed I move to phoenix az and still live hear I don't know wher to start if any one has any info please let me know

It is unlikely that you can add him to the birth certificate at this point. You want to do so to what end?
