    b1 visa cancelled 212 7b
    I stayed in US for 6 months 2 times ( totally 12 months in 3 years) in my previous immigration, officer granted 6 months stamp without asking much questions, I thought I can stay 6 months to get my training. When I enter 3rd time in Minnepolis they asked the pupose I said training, they didn't believe me and asked some questions and even I tried to convince I am here to traing they didn't convinced, looks like they already fixed their mind to send me back. Finally they cancelled my visa under 212 7B II and send me back to my home country by saying to apply new visa. Is there any chance that I can reapply and get new B1/B2 visa. Please suggest me

    You can always apply. The question is whether you will be granted a visa.

    I doubt it.
