When you turn on the shower valve to hot position the hot only gets warm not hot.

Brand name of faucet? Its age? Do you flush your heater on a regular schedule? Let me know, Tom

Customer just bought home and it was a forecloser. So there is plenty of hot water to bath tub but only warm to shower. It's a delta and I gont think it was flushed on a reg bases.
