My top rack doesn't seem to be getting cleaned anymore. I have left the dishes in for multiple washes and they always come out dirty
Have tried the vinegar cleaning and my husband took it apart and cleaned all the arms. Any suggestions? This dishwasher is only about 3 years old

You have something in the arm jamming it up like broken glass, etc. I have seen this many times and every time something had it jammed.
