Just shut water off at the main, took my bath and vanity taps out and put caps on them
Once turning the water back on I have no hot water ,just luke warm, I have an instant hot water service . What could cause this and what is the remedy ?

You have a tankless water heater? Did you check the breaker and the reset button? Back to you, Tom
