Hi - My first time here, can someone help me with how to rewire a jack box to match my main number's?

Can you give a little more detail as to what you have and what you are trying to accompish?

My Dad just passed away, but we did have our own separate phone numbers. Now I would like to rewire his jacks so they are also my number.
