Early Pregnancy Advice, Ovulation on side where there is NO fallopian tube!
    Hi there
I had a ruptured ectopic on the left side with complete tubal removal. My LMP was on June 25 with a positive EPT Pregnancy test on July 27th. Waited for my 8 week appointment where they told me my hcg levels were 120 (Aug 17) and the ultrasound that day showed a 14mm interuterine empty sac. Two days later repeat hcg doubled to 302 and ultrasound on aug 20th showed sac was gone and just fluid. Repeat hcg for the next 4 days showed consistent doubling. Today (8-24) ultrasound showed 4.5mm interuterine sac with possible yolk seen but still not sure if it is an interuterine pregnancy. There was some free fluid noted in the culdesac? And also a 23mm corpus Lutem on the left ovary. I Only have my right fallopian tube not left. I should be 9 weeks according to LMP. I did have some pregnancy symptoms like nausea, sore breasts, smell sensitivity that lead me to take the test that was positive 7-27 and then they disappeared. I am getting a little nausea again and noticed my breasts are sore today. My question... What is going on? Could it be an abdominal pregnancy with these psedusacs appearing and bursting interuterine? The only pain I am having is on the RIGHT side but almost feels like it is my ligament and it causes pain down my leg. My ob is telling me I'm over worried and the chances of having another ectopic are only 5% and doing laproscopic surgery to see what's going on would be "irresponsible". Also I have had 2 distinct episodes in the last 45 days where my whole abdomen hurt INTENSLY and I could not move, almost went to ER but pain became manageable after an hour.
My question... WHAT IS GOING ON? The positive home EPT test was on the 27th, that should make me farther along than I am, and the sac that disappeared what was that? And why is the corpus lutem on the left side? Doesn't that mean that is the side I ovulated from? And if so doesn't it mean that is the egg that was fertilized? And if so how can it get into the uterus if there is NO tube? SOOOO confused.
