A pct working in a nj hospital steal's a necklace from one patients neck and attempts to steal a ring from anothers (my Mom) police report say 1 count theft 3rd degree, 1 count attempted theft 3rd degree, also 1 count possession CDS residue.. found in her purse... although patient with necklace felt no pain, my mom was in pain while she removed the ring from her finger, reason why ring was still on finger.. very tight... what will happen to this person?

Depends on the value of the stolen Items... the pain will help with the sentencing phase.. to get more time.

Hopefully they get plenty of time to think about it. And fight off a certain element in prisons.
