My sons father does absolutely nothing for our son. I want a judge to waive his rights but still make him pay child support. How do I go about doing so?

Please post your entire question in one place.

You can't force anybody to waive his or her rights, so that's not going to happen.

If you child support go back to Court and ask for child support.

- And, again, the child doesn't have your name OR the father's name. You want to change that. Whose name does the child have? Whose name is on the birth certificate?
