This is my first time going through this.
My kids recently visited their dad and my kids tell me that his wife's 13 year old son and 11year old daughter were hiting on them and if they told that they were getting hit they would have to go to bed. My daughters also told me that their dad, his wife and her mother told my two daughter that they are not going back home to your mom ever again. My daughters know that their dad threaten to kill us back in 2009. They thought that he was going to kill them when they started telling my kids they were never coming back to me ever again. I had to go the lancaster police station and get the sheriffs involved in order to get my kids back. My kids daddy would not answer my phone calls neither would the rest of his family. The police called him from my phone and left him a message for him to call the officer back. He called but he told the officer that he wasn't bringin them to the police station because he got full custody of my kids which he doesn't. He brought some phony papers to the police station trying to prove he got custody and the officers said that he don't have custody the mother does and theses papers don't have a judge signature or a signature period. The officer told him to bring my kids back and if he runs he is going to jail for felony kidnappin and his wife for accessory. I got my kids back immediately. Since my kids have been home they have been having nightmare they think their dad is coming through the window to take them and kill them. Not a day goes by where they tell me they don't want to go back because they are scared. I recently went to inglewood police station near my house to get another restraining order going once my current one expire. At the same time I went to torrance court to file for FULL CUSTODY FOR MY DAUGHTERS. On top of that he recently went to jail for assultin a police officer. He is not working or helping me with my girls never even offered so I'm their mom and I can't wait on him to want to do something for his kids. He have 3 more kids with his wife. My kids keep begging me to not send them back and don't let him take them. This makes me mad when my girl feel this way... My question is am I doing to the right thing? And is there something more that I can do?
