I live in orlando fla I would like to know how can I as the home owner add someone to my deed. What forms do I need to use. I know already that I have to know the pay off my mortgage before I can so this I have requested this information. If anyone nows in this area can they give me a quicl reply.Thank you:)

The best way is to go to an title attorney or abstract (deed) office and have them prepare you a new deed to be signed.

That way you know it has all the legal requirements. I used to recommend some of the do it yourself quit claim deeds which do work, but ifyou make an error on them, you can end up signing the entire house to someone else, or not having a legal deed
