I have recd garnishment of my bank account they got some money I have been paying them something all along but now they want to enter into a payment plan of 180 per mo which I truly cannot afford what can I do

What is this payment for? How much do you owe, or is it for something like child support?

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Garnishment have a legal limit. But the bottom line is if you owe the money and they have the legal right to collect there is little you can do.
