I had my ultrasound which was negative but my blood HCG was 500.300 I took the pregnancy test and the second line was very faint. Am I pregnant?

I want to take abortion pills,how long do I still have time to take these pills which they are going to be effective?

If you mean the Plan B pill, you have 5 days from the time you had unprotected sex.

As far as your pregnancy, I would get a blood test from your doctor. However, if your doctor went over your sonogram and told you that you aren't pregnant, then I would ask what the cause of your elevated hCG is. If you are uncomfortable posing these questions to your regular doctor, I would go to a reputable woman's clinic for advice and a check.
