Clean out the aerator, make sure stop valves are open fully and clean, clean out cartridge (if single handle), make sure faucet risers are not crimped. . This will solve 99% of your problems

One more thing. When you have the faucet disassembled turn the water back on for a few seconds to flush out the supplies. Good luck, Tom
