Can anyone please advice.
I was caught in shoplifting, and was on jail bond.

I hv actually shoplift twice in the same place.
I shoplift due to my emotionally unstable. As I was having a difficulty time in my marriage. Each time I had a bad time with my hubby, I simply can't think straight. I need help!

I am really remorseful for my action. However, I don't know will I need to go to jail because of this. I can afford the things I shoplift, but I just don't know why I did that.

I have already plead guilty for my action.

If you plead guilty in court... then its all over and you will do the sentence they gave you.

Then what is your question?

If you haven't been to court yet... hire a lawyer... it will be expensive... and maybe they can negotiate a better sentence for you.
