    Probation violation
Ok I violated my probation by not fully complying with community service I have been paying my fines and I have did a portion of community service but my p.o said like a month ago I was going to have a warrant out for my arrest ,she just called me the other day saying a warrant has been I issued after a month later. How long would I have to sit for this ?I'm on probation for a good little min. And I wasn't trying to go back down the rode couple guy friends say I should sit a couple of weeks

You should go in now... answer to it and get it over with... the longer you avoid it.. the more it looks like you are running and the harder they will go on you.
You will go back in for likely the entire amount of time you would have done had you not gotten probation. That however is up to the court to decide.

The good time doesn't count. If you violate on the last day of your probation is effectively the same as if you did it on the first day.

    Hello W:

This is a TECHNICAL violation.. They shouldn't "sit you down" at ALL. That doesn't mean they won't.

That depends on that the Judge Decides... not what we think or what you want. If they issued a warrant so the odds are greater you will than you won't.
