Ive been having this red itchy stuff all over my arms and shoulders and it's really itchy I'm taking some tablets now and a hydrocortisone cream but still coming I'm a bit stress now is there anything more I can do?

Red itchy stuff on my arms,shoulders, neck and legs... I'm using a cream hydrocortisone and I'm taking some tablets as well is it going away now.

Take very short (2 minute) showers as little as possible, just wash under arms and crotch with a tiny amount of unscented soap, pat dry, air out walking around or lying on the bed. Use spray as well as cream.

And.. find out what caused it or is still causing it. There are dozens of possibilities from heat rash to allergies to poison ivy/oak/sumac to mites/fleas/etc.
