I Heard that there is no question like an stupid question so here goes!

Currently I am using clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector and even better-skin-tone-correcting-moisturizer-spf-20 , which is very expensive for those two products I am paying round R 1300.00 .I have been using it for around 2 months, now I have seen sum improvement in my face but in my neck line which was a little darker as my face due to pigmentation It seems that it is getting darker .

A Friend told me about gentle magic so I want to know is it safe to use on the neck and will it help to improve the pigmentation by making it lighter ?
Can I use it now after using the clinique range.
