The tenant moved out of my rental house in Sacramento. It is hot. While rehabbing the house, we turned on the HVAC system in cooling mode. It is a Trane XR80 UD1B080A9361A. It cooled the house satisfactorily but the condenser ran continuously. Even when the fan cycled off, the condenser continued to run. Setting the thermostat to "system off" still did not stop the condenser. Only unplugging the furnace or removing its front panel could stop the condenser.
