I have seate 500 gb portable hdd. Now its not showing in the my computer.
Appear green icon in taskbar but not showing in my computer. Please suggest about this.

For the sake of not piggy-backing on a thread that's a year old, I have moved your question to it's own thread.

Now, does this external HDD show up in disk management or Windows Explorer?
Have you tried on another computer?
Any changes since the last time it worked properly?
