DO you have legal custody of him? As in with a Family court order?

Maybe. But without more details we can't help you. Is it your husband or ex husband? Is he the legal father? Are you in the process of a divorce or separation? Are there court orders in place over custody and visitation? Why do you need to get him "back"?
