I had a paraguard iud inserted in early Dec of 2010 and on July 10th 2012 it expelled. I started my cycle on the 11th the day right after. I have since on the 24th and the 26th got a faint positive on a home pregnancy test then tested on the 28th and got a negative. Since I have gone for a blood test and also came back negative on Jul 31st. Aug 4th I barely spotted a hardly noticeable pink with tiny blood clots not a lot but a few and only when I whiped and only happened once . Then I spotted again on Aug 19th but was barely noticeable pink again and only when I whiped. Also that day it happened twice but the sevond time was a brown color but there was barely any at all and no period at all. Tested yesterday morning and got a negative. I still have yet to start my period and have pain in my pelvic area, a lot of pressure, when I lay stomach down. Can you tell me what is going on and if I could be pregnant? I have been having unprotected sex with my husband since it expelled so I don't know.
