How do I copy all my winmail folders from my old computor, so I can add the folders to my new computer.

I have my contacts, I can't seem to get my subfolders which contain many needed correspondence needed on my new computer which also is running winmail

What email program are you using and what Windows version?

The Email program is Winmail, the old computer is windows vista. New is windows 7 home
