    My because is passed they partys over there not welcome they need to get out
    My family ancient shared home with my because for years he recently passed away.these people he knew for a short time and some he didn't even know has taken over our home, and we can't come home. There all felons and a bunch of thugs. We are out numbered.I'm next of kin and my I'd still hassle that address, can you help?

    Your posts are confusing. What is a "family ancient"? Who dies? Who currently owns the property? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    If OP's cousin died while owning the property, it would now belong to the cousin's estate. Someone (an executor appointed by will, or usually a close relative if there was no will) has to apply to the court to be appointed personal representative. Then the PR can evict the trespassers in the house, and sell it or convey it to whoever was given it by will (or the heirs at law if there was no will), after the cousin's debts have first been paid.
