On adult probation police comes to my girls house search say they found scale with powder cocaine on it they didn't show me or her nothing they leave come back with a warrant for me possession of cocaine

I don't see a question but retain a good, no, an excellent, criminal Attorney.

They don't have to show anybody anything. You're on probation. You have experience with the Court system. This should be no surprise to you.

Well now... obviously they DID find something... because it was enough to get a warrant issued on it. They don't have to show you anything.


What do you do now... hire a lawyer... and deal with it, you don't have another choice. They have to prove their charges... so if like you claim they didn't have anything... then how can they win in court?

Guess what, they really did not even have to get a warrant since you were on probation, and could have arrested you with a call to the PO for revoke the probation, but the police wanted to be sure they did not mess up convicting you on this, so they got the warrant.

You seriously need an attorney this is not BS
