My car does not block out outside noise. I can hear clearly as I driving.
Anything I can do to reduce the outside noise?

With crank windows, try cranking the window down 1/8-inch--you can often find the sweet spot where it reduces noise. Experiment with this idea.

Buy a more expensive car? Seriously, you can REDUCE the noise.. but it takes a lot of work, and its going to cost a lot of money... even if you do all the labor yourself. And you still might not change it much.

Modern cars have thin glass to reduce weight... unfortunately a lot of noise comes THROUGH the glass, you can't change that... also the aerodynamic design of the car is critical too, and you can't change that.

I've actually done this on FIVE different vehicles... huge amount of work.
