I'm asking this question for a friend he has no internet, his ex partner has just had there son he was @ birth, she hasn't put name on birth ceftificate, + she's telln him he has no rights 2 c child, can he get 2 see his child

He does have rights, but he has to go to court to establish paternity and custody.
