    Nasal Drainage
For the past 6 or 7 hours, I've had a yellowish-clear liquid pour from my left nostril... and only my left nostril. At first, I thought I was having a nose bleed until I noticed the color. I tried blowing my nose thinking I just needed to, but nothing! But, every time I tilt my head to the right, this liquid drains out. I have a bad taste in my mouth and a headache. The drainage was instant, but the headache came on gradually. Should I be concerned and visit my local ER or is this just "cold" related? Thank you for your time!

You may have an infected sinus next to your nose on that side. I would not go to the ER. In the morning, get some decongestants at the drugstore. If they don't work, see a doctor for possibly an antibiotic, although usually such congestion is viral, not bacterial. Consider also dental problems because of the taste in your mouth, although that can be just the mucous from the sinus tasting awful.
