I have watched this film a long time ago it was similar to the Cinderella senareo where this young woman is a servant who discovers a pool in a cave of magic water and when it is time to go to a ball it gives her like a blue mermaid dress etc like granting wishes etc and I can't for the life of me remember what it's called! Please help!
