I have 2 people living in my house that do not pay rent and are not on the lease. I have asked them to leave many times, both verbally and in writing. Is there a form I can use to promise I will pay them X amount of money if they will leave? I would rather not go through a long eviction process. I am only a renter. I do not own the property.

You EVICT them as you would any tenant... they don't have to be on a lease or pay anything.

YOU can Google up some blank forms from your state. You have them served with a 30 day notice, and if they aren't gon you then go to court to have it enforced and the sherrifs will then come and put them and all their property at the curb and you can have a locksmith change the locks at that time.

You don't HAVE to own the property... they are technically YOUR tenants, and legally its known as a sublet.

If you come up with an agreement to pay them to leave... they should NOT get a dimne until their last item is OUT and you have all keys back... (contact landlord about haviong locks changed because likely they didn't give you all the copies) you will likely pay for that..

There is no standard form for that...
