    Florida does not have any squatters right laws.

    If a person goes onto the property of another and lives there, Florida normally just charges them with grand theft ( of use of the property) happens all the time in Florida.

    But to make it work, they have to live there for 7 years, pay all the taxes, fix up the property and keep the yard up.
    Knowing that at anytime up to the 7th year, they can not only be thrown off as tresspassers but could even be charged criminally also.
