    Inplantation bleeding or not?
I came on my period 5 days early, and it was bee light, we're I'm always on time and always quite heavy. It was mainly brown blood. I'm getting cramps and back ache and my appetite ain't what it should be. I have 3 children already, so you would think I would know the signs, but I'm confused. I don't think the period is this way due to stress as I feel fine, I don't feel stressed out nor am I I'll! Any thoughts? X x

Signs can vary, so the signs for first child may not be the same on next. But there is really no way to tell. Not at this point, you will have to just wait and then latter do pregnancy test, I mean yes it could be, but it can be other things also.

Brown blood usually indicates old blood. It can happen for many different reasons. It's your body flushing out old blood.

If your period had been on time when would it have been due? In other words, if we discount the brown bleeding 5 days early, say that it's not a period, how late would your period be?

Pregnancy is possible. Some women have bleeding throughout their entire pregnancy, but there's really no way for us to be able to tell you if that's what's going on.

It could be that it's too early to test, or it could be that you're not pregnant and you're just having an off month. Only time will tell.

I wish you the best of luck. :)

I guess if we put the brown bleeding to one side, and assume that it wasn't an early period, then I am now 3 days late from when I originally meant to be starting my period. I'm still cramping but not the usual cramping. I hope to get to the bottom of this very soon as its all I can think about and my husband doesn't want any more children.but either way we be both be very happy as were both still young. X

Three days late is very early to test. Some women do get an accurate pregnancy test that early, but they're far from the norm.

I'm not sure the doctor will be able to give you an accurate pregnancy diagnosis either, at least not this early on, but I would suggest that you go, explain what's happening, just in case this is something else.

I know how you feel. My third pregnancy was a complete surprise, not something my husband and I had planned. Found it a bit ironic that it took 7 months to conceive my son, 10 months to conceive my daughter, and then when we weren't even trying one drunken night ended in a baby. But we were happy about it once the shock wore off.

I wish you all the best, and please let me know how it turns out. :)
