It always happen in my bed same shadow look like a man but it just a big black shadow of a man

Ive seen him too specially in my dreams, Im still trying to figure out who he is. But you should ind out what your dream means. Or are you awake when you feel like someone is smothering or strangling you.

Here's a clue you two... it's not the same spirit. It is only the same type of manifestation. But these could also just be dream. If you're concerned about it, talk to a grown up.
