Hi I have this lump on my tongue on the left side near the tip its very painful and its cause my teeth and gums to ache and giving me a heading and I'm getting a lot of saliva in my mouth as well I'm very worried can you please tell what it might be thanks

It sounds like a canker sore. Have you eaten a lot of acidic foods recently?

Pimple or cyst, could be filled with water and harmless, or pus that is infected. A clinic would probably drain it and give you antibiotics.
