I'm trying to remember an animated children's Halloween movie, from the 90s I believe
I remember that the movie was based on a little girl witch living with her two or three aunts. I believe that her next door neighbor was a human boy and she wanted to invite him to a Halloween party that her and her aunts were hosting. The details are a bit fuzzy, but I remember a scene where she was sitting in her room, which may have been an attic, and gazing out the window at him. The little girl witch had red, frizzy hair, if I recall and this movie was animated.
