Hi I missed period I was suppost to get it yesterday but this morning I started spotting but I'm periods are very regular every month so could I be pregnant I have no cramping and ussally I can tell when I'm going to start it I start cramping for a week but this month I did not have any and I'm on birth control pills and having Unported sex so can someone help me please!! I'm scared

I would take a test just to be sure because when I became pregnant with my twins I was on BC and went to the ER for a toothache and found out I was pregnant! So test just to be safe rather than sorry :) Good Luck!
