I know a woman who is pregnant in finnland and she told me she is coming to have her baby in the USA before her visa expires on November 3 2012. Her baby is due January and she want to live here. Can I stop her from coming to have her baby?

Why don't you want "her" to live in the US?

What is your relationship with her ? What type of visa are they traveling with ?

But if she has a legal visa, no there is nothing you can do?
