I have a folder of 41 police reports all unfounded that our nieghbor (a volunteer fireman) had filed against us. POLICE ARE USELESS Cameras do no good police don't care. He now is using code officer to harrass City Manger, council and city attorney don't care. NOW WHAT

Its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your question it its own thread.

Now what? You get an attorney and file suit. Or you go to the media and ask them to investigate why the police don't do anything.
